Privacy
We use information to respond to requests, support transactions and understand how our website is used.
Request communications
When you submit a request and give contact consent, we may use automated systems and an AI assistant to respond and follow up only about that request through your selected contact method. A member of our team may review or take over the conversation. This request-contact consent does not authorize marketing messages.
Channel-consent records
If you select Text or WhatsApp and affirmatively agree to be contacted about a submitted request, we keep the selected channel, the disclosure text and version shown to you, the phone number you provided, the public page URL, the time of consent, and the source IP address and browser user-agent observed by our server. We use these records only to document and honor your request-specific contact choice, prevent misuse and meet legal or compliance obligations. They are not marketing consent and are not used for website measurement or request attribution.
Website measurement
We keep daily aggregate counts of page views, contact-link clicks and successfully submitted requests. These measurement records contain an event type, a general page path, a date and a count, not names, contact details, photographs or visitor identifiers. We do not use analytics cookies for these counts. Browser page-view and click measurement is disabled when the browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Contact-link clicks do not tell us whether a call or conversation took place.
Request attribution
When you submit a form, we may attach a general source category, such as Google, a social network or a tagged Google Maps link, and a general landing-page path to your request. A temporary record in your browser tab preserves that context for up to 30 minutes as you move between pages. We do not retain raw referring URLs, search terms, advertising click IDs, raw campaign tags or visitor identifiers for this purpose. This source collection is disabled when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Where the source is not available, we record it as unknown rather than infer it.
Sharing
Request details and channel-consent records may be shared with Averstime Jewelry & Watch Buyers and providers that operate our CRM and request communications, as well as payment or shipping partners, professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary. We do not sell personal information for advertising.

You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible information by emailing info@sellcartierwatches.com. Consent and transaction records may be retained where reasonably necessary to document consent or meet security, accounting or legal obligations.
